You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login secure.

Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.

An order is confirmed once payment is received.

We deliver within our published service area in Lagos.

A delivery code is sent to you and collected on arrival. Please be reachable at the number on your order.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before preparation begins.

Once preparation has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable.

If we cancel an order, you are refunded in full.

Check item descriptions for ingredients before ordering.

Follow the storage and reheating instructions supplied with your order.

Report any concern about an order to us immediately.

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
